Children’s Village is a family owned expanding business with six services in Sydney’s West (Northmead, Toongabbie, Girraween, Guildford, Old Toongabbie and Spring farm). We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Educator who would like to join our professional team at Children’s Village Lidcombe which has recently opened in February 2024, a 76 place centre .

We are currently building a team for our new Lidcombe service and are looking for educators who genuinely care about children, their wellbeing, and the work they do.

Our AP is an experienced Early Childhood Teacher and trained professional who values solid relationships, teamwork and creating a positive environment for both children and educators.

We are looking for someone who is positive, proactive and willing to learn. Someone who is open to new ideas, takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys being part of a team.

You will have a passion for children and their wellbeing, an understanding of the EYLF and NQS, and good verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Criteria:

- Minimum Cert 3 or WT Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Child Protection Training
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Completed GECCKO Training
- Completed CPAT Training
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- A solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Food handling training




- A minimum of 2 skilled referees
