About the role

Urban Cranes is looking for an exceptionally organised and customer-focused Electrical Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key office-based role responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our electrical service team, supporting customers and ensuring breakdowns, maintenance and scheduled works are managed efficiently. You will work closely with our electricians, technicians, management team and customers to keep jobs moving and ensure our customers receive a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

- Receiving customer breakdown and maintenance calls
- Assessing and prioritising breakdowns based on urgency
- Scheduling and allocating electricians and technicians to jobs
- Coordinating planned servicing and maintenance works
- Managing multiple jobs and priorities throughout the day
- Ordering and coordinating electrical parts and components
- Liaising with suppliers regarding parts availability and delivery
- Keeping customers informed of job status and expected attendance
- Following up technicians and ensuring outstanding works are completed
- Maintaining service records and job documentation

About you

- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Field Service Coordinator,



Maintenance Coordinator, Service Scheduler or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to prioritise multiple breakdowns and jobs at the same time
- Confidence communicating with customers, electricians, technicians and management
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- A practical approach to problem solving
- The ability to remain calm and organised when priorities change
