About the role

Working closely with the business owner, you will help oversee the electrical team, projects and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on position for an experienced electrician ready to take the next step in their career, or an experienced supervisor looking for a hands-on role with a respected local company.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising and supporting electricians and apprentices
- Coordinating day-to-day jobs and allocating work
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Liaising with clients, builders and other contractors
- Assisting with project planning and job scheduling
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and company procedures
- Reviewing completed work and maintaining quality standards
- Troubleshooting electrical issues and providing technical support to the team
- Assisting with materials, equipment and job requirements

About you

- WA Electrical Worker's Licence
- Previous experience supervising or leading an electrical team
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations and fault finding
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A robust commitment to safety and quality




- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- A professional attitude and good work ethic
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
- Previous experience in a 2IC, Leading Hand or Electrical Supervisor role will be highly regarded
