APG Workforce is currently seeking a Licensed Electrician for afternoon shift to join the maintenance team of a leading manufacturer of ready-to-eat poultry products based in Osborne Park, WA.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced industrial electrician who may be looking for a lifestyle change with consistent hours and a role closer to home, while still working within a busy manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Attending to repairs and breakdowns of production machinery
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
- Troubleshooting and fault finding on production equipment
- Reducing reactive maintenance and unplanned downtime
- Supporting the development and implementation of maintenance programs
- Ensuring all maintenance work is completed safely and to quality standards
- Identifying and escalating food safety, quality and workplace hazards
- Working independently while collaborating with the broader maintenance and production teams

What We're Looking For

- Current WA Electrical Licence and Australian electrical trade qualification




- Industrial experience with installation, fault finding, repairs and maintenance
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Positive, hands-on and "can-do" attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG would be highly desirable
- Experience with Maximo or a similar CMMS would be an advantage
- Fault finding experience (highly desirable).
