About the Role

You will work with your team repairing traction and hydraulic lifts as well as escalators and moving walkways. Changing end of life or failed components, diagnosing both electrical and mechanical faults and carrying out repairs to return equipment to full service.

Our work is safety critical, attention to detail is a must.

You will plan and prioritise tasks, manage equipment and tooling requirements, and ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What you will bring

- Positive attitude, a desire to learn and a team player mentality
- A high regard for personal and product safety, quality and a high attention to detail in your work
- Lift and escalator experience is preferred
- Experience in commercial or industrial environments
- Mechanical aptitude
- Proven ability testing and fault finding

Qualifications

- QLD Electrical Mechanic Licence
- Current CPR/LVR & Construction White Card
- Current Driver Licence
- Working Safely at Heights
- HRWL - DG, RB, SB or LF will be highly regarded
- Rail WET, SARC and RIW advantageous
