Elite – PEM holds authorizations with major organizations including Telstra, Optus, Enlighten, Ausgrid, Essential Energy, TVH, Ventia, Central Coast Council, Service Stream, and Superior Systems. Its network includes ASP3 designers, ASP1 construction teams, and specialists in telco design and construct, as well as on- and off-grid solar design and installations. Team members work on a diverse range of projects from commercial fit-outs to general electrical inquiries.

Role Description This is a part time, on-site Electrician role based in Central Coast, NSW. The Electrician will perform day-to-day electrical tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial, industrial, and general electrical systems.

Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring safe and compliant operation of equipment and wiring. The role may involve working on telecommunications-related electrical works,



solar and battery systems, and metering projects, following relevant standards and company procedures. The Electrician will collaborate with project teams, complete required documentation, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong practical skills in electricity and electrical work, including safe handling of electrical systems.
- Experience with maintenance & repair of commercial, industrial, or general electrical installations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical faults and diagnosing system issues.
- Foundational knowledge of electrical engineering principles relevant to field work.
- Valid electrician license or certification appropriate for NSW and compliance with local regulations.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
- Solid understanding of safety standards, WHS requirements, and risk management practices.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team on-site.
- Experience in telecommunications, solar, battery, or metering projects is an advantage.
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
