- Identifying barriers and coordinating supportservices or training where neededn
- Managing your own caseload, priorities, andfollow-ups to keep things movingn
- Maintaining accurate records and meetingprogram compliance requirementsn
- Representing Sureway in the local community tobuild awareness and connectionsn
