? Hiring: Senior IT Infrastructure / End-User Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & End-User Support skilled (8-10+ years) to provide L2/L3 support across enterprise environments.

Key Skills:

- L2/L3 support across Windows/Linux, M365, Azure, AWS & Networking
- Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, SAP, Odoo & MS Office
- Incident management, including P1/P2 issues and end-to-end incident ownership
- EUC support: PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, MFPs and other peripherals
- Proxy, URL filtering, slow browsing & network troubleshooting
- Application/technology exposure: Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, C++, Python, .NET, C#, SQL/MySQL, IIS & Apache
- PC imaging, software/hardware troubleshooting and data backup/restore
- Vendor and customer coordination for hardware/software support
- Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and emergency response support
- Experience supporting complex, real-time monitoring environments

Experience: 8-10+ years

Certification: ITIL preferred
