About the Role

Due to the strong growth of Power Electronics Australia, an exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Engineer to supervise a small supportive team!

Based at our Head Office, Eagle Farm, QLD, this is a great opportunity to expand your electrical and renewables career, with full training provided in our products and services.

About you

Ideal applicants will possess a wide skillset which includes:- supervisory, quality, technical support, data analysis and continuous improvement experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead a team of three: Front Office Engineer, Quality Engineer and Technical Specialist.

· Provide remote technical support to field technicians.

· Analyse field and warranty data to prevent recurring issues.

· Optimise spare parts and safety stock levels.

· Build dashboards tracking field reliability and performance.

· Maintain technical documentation

· Link customers and internal teams.

Key Qualifications and Skills





· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

· Experience leading a small team.

· At least 5 years' experience working as an engineer and a commitment to safety and quality.

· Strong electrical engineering knowledge and aptitude, hands-on skills, and good problem-solving ability.

· A customer focus and ability to be flexible and attentive to customers' needs.

· Full working rights in Australia.

· Current Drivers licence.
