Your Contribution

Conduct thorough investigations into digital incidents and security breaches. Involved in the collection, analysis, and presentation of digital evidence to support legal proceedings and internal security measures while ensuring digital evidence is collected in a manner that maintains its integrity and admissibility in court, contributing to the organization's overall cybersecurity posture.

As a part of the team, you will

- Oversee Network defense and configuration for all virtual private Cloud systems

- Experienced in Azure Cloud Security best practices

- Use of tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation to write security safeguards

- Security foundation in Zero trust models

Prerequisites for your success in this role

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.

- Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM).





- Experienced in Azure Cloud Security best practices

- Use of tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation to write security safeguards

- Security foundation in Zero trust models

- Strong skills in incident response and forensic analysis.

- Knowledge of encryption, authentication, and access control mechanisms.

Your Work Environment

- The preferred location for candidates is near our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado or at our HUB in Perth, Australia.

- Collaboration and interaction are expected with teams across the global, regional, and site organization as well as across other service and operational areas of Newmont across multiple time zones.

- The listed salary range applies to positions based in Colorado.

Compensation may vary for candidates hired in other locations.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $98,300-131,100. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program,



pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
