About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our team at our St Vincent's Residential Aged Care Facility on a permanent part-time basis. This role involves working five night shifts per fortnight (11:00pm to 6:45am), with the roster structured as follows:

Week 1: Thursday and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Located on the banks of the Swan River in historic Guildford, St Vincent's offers a modern aged care environment with a strong sense of community. About you

You embody Catholic Homes values of love, hospitality, excellence and joy, and combine clinical excellence with genuine compassion, ensuring residents receive high-quality care that respects their individuality, dignity and choices.

In addition, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN).
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting (desirable).
- Clinical assessment skills and the ability to recognise and respond to changes in residents' health and wellbeing.
- Experience administering medications and delivering high-quality nursing and personal care within scope of practice.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents,



families and colleagues.
- Experience contributing to care planning, clinical documentation and resident assessments.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A National Police Clearance, or the willingness to obtain one.
