Join our high-performing team at Penrith BMW & Penrith MINI in Western Sydney.The Role:As an F&I; Business Manager, you will work with an experienced sales team in a premium dealership environment, delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions that support Complete Customer Satisfaction.You will have access to a strong range of finance and insurance products, leading lender relationships, and an uncapped commission structure.Your focus will be on profitable product sales, compliant processes, solid customer relationships, and repeat business.Key responsibilities:Introducing finance,
