We work in a safety-critical, field-based industry and are already rolling out next-generation technology — including AI-enabled pedestrian detection — as a standard part of the job, not a future promise.About the RoleAs a Field Service Technician, you'll be the face of our business in office with clients — installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting safety and camera systems so equipment keeps operating safely and reliably.
Day to day, you'll:Install, maintain, and repair rear-vision, camera, and safety systems — including AI-enabled features like pedestrian detection — across commercial fleets, heavy machinery,



and passenger vehiclesTroubleshoot and carry out corrective maintenance in the fieldProvide technical support and live demonstrations for clientsComplete digital service reports and warranty checksAssist with retrofits, modifications, and light fabricationAbout YouBackground as an Auto Electrician, Mechanic, or Automotive Accessory Installer (or similar)Solid understanding of automotive electrics and confident reading wiring diagramsSkilled at diagnostics, fault-finding, and troubleshootingComfortable with hand and power tools, high attention to detailManual driver's licence and a clean driving recordWilling to obtain a forklift and EWP (scissor lift/boom) licence if you don't already hold one — we cover the training and licensing costCompetitive salary + overtime opportunitiesFully equipped company vehicle, phone, and toolsWe fund your forklift and EWP licence and training if you don't already have oneOngoing training and hands-on exposure to leading-edge tech — including the AI-enabled pedestrian detection systems we're rolling out across the fleet5 weeks annual leave (one week more than the standard) for all employeesA supportive, close-knit team that values your input
