You will work on high-profile takeovers, schemes of arrangement, mergers and other major transactions under leading practitioners.You should have 3 to 5 years' experience in corporate law from a notable Australian or English-speaking jurisdiction and a sound knowledge of Chapter 6 of the Corporations Act.
