Rare opportunity for a dynamic Senior Banking & Finance lawyer to take up a key role within a energetic in-house legal team!
The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of work including advising on various complex debt financing transactions (including corporate, asset, real estate finance) and providing timely advice to key stakeholders.There is a broad range of high quality work on offer along with flexibility and career development.Skills & experienceThe successful candidate will have at least 10 years pae in Banking & Finance Law gained at a major law firm and potentially also in-house or on secondment.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as a sound commercial understanding.
