Want to get into civil construction but keep seeing ads asking for years of experience? This one is for you.

Bedrock Workforce are looking for Entry Level Civil Labourers who are ready to turn up, get stuck in and learn on the job. You might be coming from another hands-on industry, have a little construction experience, or be looking for your first opportunity on a civil site. What matters is that you’re reliable, safety conscious and willing to give the work a go.

What you’ll be doing

- Helping crews prepare work areas and set up for the day
- Moving materials, handling tools and keeping the site tidy
- Assisting with civil works such as drainage, earthworks, concrete and roadworks under supervision
- Learning how different crews, trades and machines work together on site
- Following instructions and speaking up when you’re unsure
- Working safely with the site team to keep the job moving

What you’ll need

- A Construction White Card
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- The ability to manage the physical demands of outdoor site work
- A willingness to learn, follow instructions and ask questions
- A reliable approach and willingness to work as part of a team

Civil experience isn’t required. If you’ve worked in landscaping, warehousing, trades or another physical role, tell us about it. Any relevant tickets are a bonus, but they’re not essential to apply. What’s on offer
