We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Entry-Level Container Surveyor to join our ECP team at our Minto premises on a full-time permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in the logistics industry. Full training will be provided, so previous container surveying experience is not required but is desirable.

About the role

Working as part of our ECP team, you will be trained to inspect incoming containers and determine their condition and status. Your responsibilities will include:

- Inspecting incoming containers and identifying their condition
- Identifying any damage or repairs that may be required
- Completing container blow outs and sweeps
- Marking containers to identify their correct status/grade
- Entering and maintaining container information using electronic devices
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a supportive and team-focused environment

About you





We are looking for someone who is reliable, practical and keen to learn. You don't need previous container surveying experience — we're looking for the right attitude and willingness to be trained. To be successful, you will have:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive approach to workplace health and safety
- Basic computer/electronic device skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, maintenance, transport or working with shipping containers would be advantageous, but is not required.
