- Getting out across Sydney every day, building instant rapport with homeowners and starting genuine conversations about solar and battery solutions
- Qualifying real interest and booking high-quality consultations for our senior Solar and Battery Consultants
- Competing hard on live leaderboards with a team that pushes each other to be sharper and better every week
- Taking complete ownership of your territory, your numbers, and your own progression from the moment you arrive




- Absorbing world-class daily coaching and applying it in the field immediately
- Developing a transferable sales skill set that opens doors across any industry, anywhere in the world
