Community Collective recently expanded into Sydney, and we’re ready to grow our new team.

This full time opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, career starters or experienced salespeople looking for stronger earning and leadership opportunities.

You’ll join a close-knit team of seven experienced sales trainers and leaders. Starting from the ground up, you’ll play an important role in growing our Sydney operation while developing valuable skills in sales, communication and leadership.

No previous sales experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided.

The Opportunity

You’ll represent nationally recognised brands and not-for-profit organisations through face-to-face residential or business-to-business sales campaigns.

You’ll learn how to

- Communicate confidently with customers.
- Build strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Work towards individual and team targets.
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback.
- Develop the foundations for future leadership.

Earnings and Progression Your earning potential grows with your experience, performance and responsibilities:
- Starting Without Sales Experience: $70K–$90K OTE in your first year.
- Experienced or High-Performing Sales Representatives: $90K–$120K+ OTE.
- Senior Sales Trainers and Team Leaders: $120K+ OTE.

Earnings include a guaranteed base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance incentives. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance.
