Fruit Prep Kitchen Hand – Mango Season (Pathway to Pastry)

Pay & Hours

- Base: $33.00 – $35.00/hr
- Mango Season Surge: +10% pay boost ending 1st April 2027 ($36.3 – $38.5/hr)
- Hours: Full-time, consistent weekly roster

The Role

- High-volume peeling, slicing, and dicing of mangos and seasonal fruits.
- Fast, clean, and consistent knife work with minimal waste.
- Maintain an organized, spotless prep station and uphold food safety standards.

Requirements

- Solid knife skills with speed and precision.
- Clean-as-you-go work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and physically comfortable with high-volume prep.

The Chance

Crush the mango season, and we’ll train you as a cake pastry chef. When the season ends, this role transitions directly into paid, hands-on training across baking, cake assembly, and masking/decoration.
