In this role, you'll:

Manage day-to-day SAP Basis and infrastructure operations, ensuring the Equip platform remains stable, secure and available.

You’ll coordinate technical service requests, system builds, configuration changes and environment maintenance, while monitoring performance and resolving issues with internal teams, vendors and technical specialists.

You’ll support security, operational and audit requirements, maintain accurate technical documentation, and identify opportunities to improve platform performance, automation, stability and service efficiency.

You’ll operate autonomously, providing trusted advice and making confident decisions that shape team outcomes.

With a strong sense of accountability, you’ll lead day-to-day priorities, resolve issues and apply sound judgement to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with organisational requirements.

About You

You bring hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration and enterprise platform infrastructure operations,



with solid skills in coordinating technical changes, service requests and operational assurance.

You’re a confident problem solver, experienced in managing complex technical environments and cyber security risks.

You have broad knowledge across SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, SRM, CRM, GRC, Gateway, BW, PO, Solution Manager, BTP and SaaS offerings.

You understand enterprise ICT, security and compliance standards, including uplifting cyber security controls and mitigating risks. Relevant IT qualifications and platform certifications are highly regarded.
