As the business continues to grow and evolve, they are investing heavily in strengthening their ESG capability to ensure sustainability, governance and responsible business practices remain embedded across operations, project development and strategic decision-making.

Your current role

This role will take ownership of the organisation's ESG strategy and performance, ensuring sustainability considerations are embedded across business operations, project development and decision-making.

Working closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders across finance, operations and project development, you'll provide strategic guidance on ESG risks, opportunities, reporting obligations and sustainability initiatives.

- Lead the development and implementation of the organisation's ESG strategy and frameworks.
- Drive ESG reporting, disclosures and governance activities.
- Provide strategic advice on sustainability, compliance and ESG-related risks.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to embed ESG principles across projects, operations and supply chain activities.
- Monitor ESG performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities and contribute to enhancing the organisation's sustainability reputation.




- Lead and mentor ESG resources to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

- Demonstrated experience leading ESG, sustainability or governance functions within infrastructure, energy, resources or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks, disclosure requirements and governance obligations.
- The ability to translate complex ESG requirements into practical business outcomes.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving change across diverse business functions.
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exposure to renewable energy, utilities or regulated environments will be highly regarded
