Clarity Partners is looking for an ERP Specialist to join a growing Australian manufacturing business with a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence and continuous improvement. The organisation operates within the manufacturing sector and provides engineered solutions across a range of industries.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for supporting and improving the organisation's ERP setting, working closely with users and stakeholders across the business. You will help troubleshoot system issues, improve business processes and ensure the ERP system continues to effectively support day-to-day operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for the organisation's ERP system.
- Work with users across the business to understand system requirements and resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve ERP functionality, workflows and business processes.
- Support the ongoing optimisation and development of ERP systems.
- Analyse business processes and recommend practical system improvements.
- Assist with system configuration, testing, upgrades and enhancements.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and process information.




- Support users with ERP functionality and provide training where required.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to improve system adoption and efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

About You

- 2–5 years' experience in ERP, business systems or systems analysis.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
- Experience troubleshooting ERP systems and supporting users.
- Epicor ERP experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying process and system improvements.
- Manufacturing experience is desirable.
- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Business Systems or a related field will be highly regarded.
