Blackmores has embarked on a significant business transformation as we implement a new enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA ERP platform alongside a broader technology landscape transformation. This multi-year program will drive operational efficiencies, improve decision-making and deliver a reimagined employee experience across the organisation.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Finance Business Partner to join the ERP Program Management Office and play a critical role in supporting one of the largest transformation investments in Blackmores' history.

Reporting to the ERP Program Finance Lead, you will provide the financial insight, forecasting, commercial analysis and perks tracking required to support informed program decisions. Working closely with program leaders, delivery partners and senior stakeholders, you will help ensure financial transparency across a complex portfolio of ERP, CRM and related transformation initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to combine transformation finance, commercial analysis and strategic business partnering within a high-profile enterprise program.

This is a fixed-term contract until c. Q4 2028 based in Surry Hills.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead forecast-to-complete analysis across ERP, CRM and associated transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial models supporting program forecasting, investment decisions and funding requests.
- Assess the financial impact of scope, schedule, resource and delivery changes.
- Support business case updates, governance submissions and change control decisions through robust financial analysis.
- Analyse vendor spend, contract consumption, resource profiles and program run rates.
- Identify emerging cost pressures, risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to support decision-making.
- Own and maintain the program benefits baseline,



measurement methodology and value-tracking framework.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure benefits are measurable, evidence-based and aligned to approved business cases.
- Prepare financial insights and reporting for program governance forums and executive stakeholders.

Who Are You?

You are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in complex, fast-paced transformation environments. You are comfortable analysing large volumes of information, challenging assumptions constructively and translating financial data into meaningful business insights.

You will bring:

- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A;, Commercial Finance or Transformation Finance supporting a major ERP, technology transformation or large-scale program environment.
- Experience supporting non-BAU activity such as major programs of work or in a project environment
- Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling capability.
- Experience developing business cases, investment analysis and funding submissions.
- Knowledge of benefits realisation and performance tracking frameworks.
- Commercial acumen with exposure to vendor contracts, statements of work and resource-based delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- CA, CPA or equivalent qualification (or substantial progress towards completion).
