About the Role Love solving problems and making technology work better for people? As ERP System Administrator, you'll play an important role within the Innovation team, supporting key business systems including ERP, BI and CRM.

You'll be the person users can turn to when they need help, something isn't working as expected or a process could work better. You'll troubleshoot issues, manage system access, support testing and configuration changes, and help ensure employees get the most from the technology available to them.

You'll also have the opportunity to contribute beyond day-to-day support by identifying improvements, documenting better ways of working and supporting new solutions and innovations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to end users across the business
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide guidance on system processes
- Manage user roles, permissions and access controls
- Manage helpdesk requests through the Asana IT Service Desk
- Prioritise incidents and change requests to minimise disruption
- Support ERP, BI and CRM systems




- Develop and maintain test plans for system updates and new solutions
- Test new features and identify system issues or bugs
- Work with developers and software suppliers to resolve issues
- Maintain knowledgebase articles, playbooks and process documentation
- Provide basic training and guidance to end users
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience
- Support ongoing Innovation projects and initiatives
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts and IT equipment

About You To be successful, you'll have:

- 2–3 years' experience in helpdesk, application support or a related IT role
- 1–2 years' hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- 1–2 years' experience working with ERP systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A practical understanding of root-cause analysis
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Good time management and organisational abilities
- Confidence working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in continuous improvement

A Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems or equivalent is preferred. Experience with Asana or Monday, ERP integrations, Microsoft Azure or BizTalk would be advantageous, as would knowledge of wholesale distribution or business functions such as Sales, Finance, Service or Supply Chain.
