Key skills: Minimum 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow development roles.

- ServiceNow Admin Certification (or higher).

- ITIL Practitioner Certification (or higher).

- Strong experience with Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Workflow Design.

- Experience across scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, PowerShell) and frameworks (.NET, Angular, React).

- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure.

- Demonstrated experience with APIs, middleware, and network technologies (firewalls, proxies, etc.).

- Background in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple integration points.

- Ability to produce detailed solution documentation and stakeholder communications.

Desirable skills: Ability to develop, script,



and enhance ServiceNow modules and integrations (e.g., ITSM, ITSM Pro, ITOM).

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement technical plans and improvements.

- Build and maintain release plans and workplace provisioning in ServiceNow.

- Document technical designs and architecture including "as built" and operations guides.

- Monitor and assess emerging technologies and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards
