About the Company

Our client is a growing insurance building company delivering repair and restoration works across Queensland. With continued growth, they’re looking for experienced Estimators and Site Supervisors to join their team.

There are opportunities for professionals who specialise in either estimating and assessing property damage or managing insurance repair projects and trades.

Estimator

- Assess property damage and prepare accurate scopes, estimates and causation reports
- Coordinate make-safe works and specialist trades where required
- Liaise with insurers, customers and key stakeholders
- Ensure estimates meet insurer, building and compliance requirements
- Manage multiple assessments while meeting KPIs and timeframes

Site Supervisor

- Manage multiple insurance repair projects from start to completion
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Oversee make-secure and repair works
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
- Manage customers,



clients and key stakeholders
- Monitor project costs, quality, safety and KPIs

About You:

- Previous insurance building and repair experience
- Robust understanding of insurance repair works and scopes
- Experience coordinating trades and multiple projects
- Strong customer and stakeholder communication skills
- Site Supervisor/Builder’s Licence, trade qualification or relevant construction experience
