The Role.

As Event Producer at iD Collective, you'll own events from first idea to final pack-down. You'll shape the concept, build the budget, wrangle the suppliers and be the calm voice onsite making sure it all comes together for the client.

You'll work alongside our PR, digital and creative teams, so the events you produce are part of a bigger story rather than one-off moments. No two days look the same, and that's how we like it.

What You'll Do.

- Take events from concept to completion, owning every production element along the way
- Build proposals, budgets, run sheets and production schedules that line up with what the client is trying to achieve
- Handle logistics end to end, from supplier onboarding and risk assessments to running the show onsite




- Be a trusted advisor to clients, bringing ideas and solutions tailored to them
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts so nothing gets missed on the day
- Work with our PR, digital and creative teams to bring integrated ideas to life
- Keep a close eye on the numbers and hit profitability targets on every job
- Spot new business opportunities and help turn them into work

About You.

- You've got solid event production experience and you're ready for the next step
- You can juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the detail
- You build genuine relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues
- You're commercially savvy and comfortable owning a budget
- You keep across industry trends and know how to turn them into ideas that land
- You're calm under pressure, reliable, and the person people look to when plans change
- You care about getting it right and love seeing a excellent brand experience come to life
