We’re building our casual events team across Manly Pavilion and The Boathouse Shelly Beach and are looking for experienced Event Supervisors and Waitstaff to join us for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events and everything in between.

The Roles

We’re looking for:

Event Supervisors

Confident hospitality leaders who can take ownership of an event, lead a team and make sure everything runs seamlessly from setup through to pack-down.

Event Waitstaff

Friendly, polished and switched-on hospitality professionals who know how to deliver exceptional service while keeping the energy high and the guest experience front of mind.

Across both roles, you’ll be part of the team bringing events to life, from setting the room and preparing the venue through to service, pack-down and everything in between.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Setting up event spaces including tables, chairs, place settings, bars and other event requirements;
- Assisting with styling, presentation and final event preparations;
- Welcoming guests and delivering warm, attentive and qualified service;
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and confidently;
- Working closely with the kitchen, bar and events teams;
- Anticipating guest needs and creating a seamless experience;
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service throughout the event;




- Packing down event spaces efficiently and returning the venue to its required standard;
- Working confidently in busy, fast-paced event environments;
- For Supervisors, leading the event team and acting as the key point of contact throughout the event;
- Keeping the team organised and on track from setup through to pack-down;
- Helping create the kind of experience guests remember for all the right reasons.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who:
- Have previous hospitality or events experience;
- Bring genuine energy and enthusiasm to their work;
- Are confident, reliable and professional;
- Have a strong understanding of quality service;
- Are comfortable with the physical and fast-paced nature of event setup and pack-down;
- Take pride in presentation and attention to detail;
- Are team players who are happy to get stuck in;
- Are available to work nights and weekends;
- Have a valid RSA or willingness to obtain;
- For Supervisor roles, have previous experience leading a hospitality or events team
