EWP Operator (High Risk Work Licence WP Licence) | Perth | Start ASAP

Radix Workforce Solutions needs an experienced, licensed EWP operator for a balcony project in [suburb/area]. Work could start as early as next week.

The role

- Operating a boom-type EWP (11 m+) into hard-to-reach balconies
- Confident working as the sole operator in the basket (one person per lift to maximise load capacity), with a ground crew for support and emergency lowering
- Manual handling of 20 kg+
- Pre-start checks, load management within the platform's safe working load, and following the site SWMS

Essential tickets (you must hold these to apply)

- High Risk Work Licence, class WP (boom-type EWP 11 m or more)
- White Card (construction induction)
- Working at Heights

Also essential

- At least 1 year of hands-on EWP experience in similar work
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting 20 kg+ all day




- Confident and reliable working independently at height

Highly regarded

- Experience on construction sites or with bulk material handling
