Immediate Start Caliber Construct is seeking an experienced Final Trim Excavator Operator to join our growing civil and earthmoving team.

We operate across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs, with a range of modern, well-maintained machinery from 1T through to 30T excavators.

We are looking for an experienced operator who takes pride in their work, can work accurately and efficiently, and has strong final trim and detailed excavation experience.

The Role Final trim and detailed excavation Operating excavators from 1T–30T Trenching, footings and site preparation Bulk and detailed earthworks Working safely around underground services and established sites Reading plans, levels and site requirements Completing daily machinery checks Working alongside supervisors,



labourers and other operators Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and site safety What We're Looking For Proven excavator operating experience Strong final trim experience White Card Current driver's licence Relevant machinery tickets/competencies Reliable transport Strong understanding of WHS and site safety Reliable, punctual and able to work independently Valuable communication and teamwork skills Pride in machinery and quality of work Experience in civil construction, drainage, subdivisions, commercial/residential earthworks, GPS or laser systems will be highly regarded.

Pay & Employment We are open to both casual employees and subcontractors.

Rates range from $42–$70 per hour, depending on: Experience and final trim ability Machinery experience Tickets and qualifications Casual or subcontractor arrangement Overall suitability for the role Higher rates are available for highly skilled and experienced operators.
