Do you have what it takes to become our Executive Assistant?
This permanent full-time opportunity will see you provide high-quality executive and administrative support within a busy and evolving environment.You will anticipate priorities, manage competing demands and ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex diaries, meetings and competing priorities
- Coordinating travel, events and key business activities
- Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence and meeting materials
- Recording minutes, tracking actions and following up on commitments
- Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Supporting general administration and continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful at Smart, you will bring:
- Three to five years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administration role
- Experience supporting senior leaders or a leadership team
- Strong diary, meeting and priority-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Sound judgement, professionalism and a high level of discretion
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a close-knit team
- Genuine curiosity about AI and digital innovation, with an openness to learning how these tools can enhance your role
