As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation while fostering a positive and productive team culture. You will lead the culinary vision, innovate menus, and work closely with senior managers to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.

You will champion the culture and values, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards while promoting innovation and creativity in the kitchen.

This is an exciting role which requires a balance of creativity, operational discipline, and strong leadership qualities, who enjoys the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

- Proven experience as a senior leader in kitchen operations, ideally in a similar hospitality workplace, with a minimum of 5 years in a culinary leadership role




- Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery
- Proven experience in banquets and functions
- Proven experience in creativity and menu design with creative and inventive food ideas with consideration to budgets
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to bring energy, initiative and pride to the kitchen
- Solid financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health compliance standards
- Experience in hotel kitchen operations (highly desirable)
- Desire to grow and develop in the hotel industry
