Arkeus is a fast-growing deep-tech company building AI-powered sensing systems for defence, national security and autonomous platforms. We are scaling quickly, which means this is not a role where everything is neatly defined. Things move fast, priorities change and there is always something new to solve.

We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to support our CEO and Executive Function.

At its core, this is an EA role with real ownership. You will keep the CEO organised, protect their time, stay ahead of priorities and make sure the executive team follows through.

You will also take ownership of projects, improve how the Executive Function operates and get involved in the broader business. You'll work across people, operations, customers, events, communications and strategic initiatives, giving you exposure to almost every part of a rapidly scaling technology company.

This role will suit someone who is energetic, commercially curious and naturally proactive. Someone who sees what needs to happen, gets stuck in and doesn't wait to be told.

What You'll Do

Executive Support

- Own the CEO's calendar, inbox, travel, meetings and day-to-day priorities.
- Anticipate what's coming and make sure the CEO is prepared.
- Manage competing priorities and protect time for what matters most.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, briefing materials and follow-up.
- Track actions and make sure commitments don't get lost.
- Draft emails, presentations, briefing notes and communications.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.

Project & Business Ownership

- Own selected projects and initiatives from start to finish.
- Coordinate people, timelines and deliverables across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and make the Executive Function more effective.
- Support leadership meetings, planning sessions, events and key business initiatives.
- Step into problems, work out what needs to happen and drive them through to completion.

AI & Productivity





- Use AI and automation to make executive support smarter and more efficient.
- Leverage AI for email triage, scheduling, task management, research and preparation.
- Continuously look for better tools and ways of working.

About You You're an exceptional EA who wants more . Essentially you have understand the fast pace of a scaling Technology business, are organised, switched-on and comfortable operating at pace. You don't need everything mapped out before you get started and you're confident dealing directly with senior leaders.

You understand that in a scaling tech business, the job can change from one day to the next. You might be organising the CEO's international travel in the morning, pulling together a board briefing at lunch and driving a business project in the afternoon.

This is not suitable for someone who has operated in large scale or corporate EA roles. We need someone who has worked in a smaller and preferably scaling Technology business.

You bring:

- Proven EA or senior executive support experience.
- Exceptional organisation and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The confidence to work with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Commercial curiosity and an interest in how businesses scale.
- A proactive, hands-on approach. You see it, own it and get it done.
- Energy, enthusiasm and a genuine appetite to learn.
- Confidence working with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Experience with AI tools and a willingness to experiment with new technology.
- Absolute discretion and sound judgement.
