TASK provides outside school hours care across 40 NSW services. In this newly created position, we're looking for an Executive Manager who can make life easier for our service teams, families and leaders by building strong, responsive support operations.

This is a broad executive role with a distinctive mix of responsibilities. You'll lead a team of 5, spanning family accounts, family engagement and utilisation, employee engagement, IT and systems. You'll also be TASK's senior point of expertise on HR, employment relations and workplace health and safety matters.

You may be an experienced HR operations leader ready to lead a wider operational portfolio. Or you may be a senior operations leader who has substantial, hands-on HR and employment relations expertise in a multi-site workplace. In either case, you'll enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic sector, leading people, solving practical problems and turning good ideas into reliable ways of working.

What you'll do

- Lead, coach and set clear priorities for a multidisciplinary support office team.
- Advise the CEO and leaders on complex people, employment relations and workforce matters.
- Strengthen employee experience, engagement, retention and HR processes.
- Oversee family accounts, enquiries, enrolment conversion and service utilisation.
- Provide executive oversight of business systems, technology support and office operations.
- Use data to spot risks and opportunities,



improve performance and support sound commercial decisions.
- Build clear service standards, controls and reporting so TASK's services get the support they need.

What you'll bring

- At least five years' senior leadership experience in a complex, multi-site or service-based organisation.
- Deep, practical knowledge of Australian workplace legislation, employment relations and HR practice.
- Experience leading diverse teams and improving processes across an organisation.
- Commercial judgement and the confidence to make decisions using data.
- The ability to handle sensitive issues with care, clarity and sound judgement.
- A collaborative style, paired with the willingness to set expectations and hold people accountable.
