Primary Objective: The Executive Officer is responsible for overseeing all agency and ministerial correspondence across the School Division. This includes triaging, quality assuring, distributing, monitoring and tracking correspondence to ensure timely processing and the delivery of high-quality, accurate correspondence. The role plays a critical part in maintaining correspondence standards and coordinating responses.
