Summary:

The Executive Strategy, Research & Policy role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of our charity organisation. This position involves conducting in-depth research and analysis to inform policy decisions, ensuring that our initiatives align with our mission to support the community. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies that enhance our impact and drive positive change.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive research to inform strategic planning and policy development.

- Analyse data and trends to identify opportunities for organisational growth and improvement.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and policies.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on strategic priorities.





- Support the development of funding proposals and grant applications related to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Policy, Social Sciences, or Business Administration.

- At least 2 years of experience in strategy development, research, or policy analysis, preferably within the charity sector.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in report writing and presentations.

- Proficiency in using research tools and data analysis software.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
