You will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director and Regional Directors, coordinating business operations, governance activities, reporting and stakeholder engagement to support the effective delivery of portfolio priorities.

This is an exciting temporary, adaptable full-time opportunity based in Brisbane until 15 October 2027.

You demonstrate sound judgement, discretion and initiative, and can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Your ability to build productive relationships and support business operations will enable you to contribute positively to both executive leadership and organisational outcomes.

- Proven ability to provide high-level executive and administrative support in a complex environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Well-developed written communication skills, including experience preparing correspondence, reports, briefings and other business documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to support business operations through the effective administration of corporate processes, reporting activities and financial transactions.
