As a Senior Exercise Physiologist, you'll play an important role in supporting people to improve their health, recovery and quality of life through evidence-based exercise and lifestyle interventions. From delivering advanced clinical care to shaping service improvements, you'll work with a multidisciplinary team to create positive outcomes for individuals, families and the wider community.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

Delivering expert exercise physiology services that support recovery, wellbeing and long-term health outcomes.

Partnering with consumers, carers and multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised, goal-focused care plans.

Leading quality improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, clinical outcomes and patient experience.

Mentoring colleagues and students while contributing to education, innovation and evidence-informed practice.

You're an experienced Exercise Physiologist who combines clinical expertise with compassion, integrity and a genuine commitment to improving lives. You enjoy working with people facing complex challenges and take pride in helping them achieve meaningful health and recovery goals. You bring confidence, curiosity and courage to your practice, while valuing collaboration, dignity and continuous improvement.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist and eligibility to practise in Australia.

Advanced experience delivering exercise physiology services for people with complex health needs.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills within multidisciplinary environments.

Demonstrated ability to lead service improvements, apply evidence-based practice and mentor others.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience within mental health services and/or a strong background in clinical leadership,



quality improvement or staff development.
