The role focuses on providing case management to children, young people, and carers within Kinship and Home Based Care, coordinating across programs in the Family Services department.
The successful candidate will be working towards or hold a Diploma of Community Services, be committed to culturally centred Aboriginal services, and meet child safety standards and checks.
