Victoria Legal Aid is seeking an experienced service designer for a maximum term engagement of up to 9 months in Melbourne.
The role embeds in the Client Services and Sector Engagement team to drive service design across major initiatives and client-centred reform.You will lead discovery, run workshops, and create artefacts such as blueprints and journey maps while collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Hybrid work available; salary AUD 113,*,153 plus super; salary packaging options
