You will own customer engagements, coordinate across teams, and guide recovery efforts with explicit communication during high-impact events.The role requires 3+ years in major incident management and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with robust English and Portuguese language skills.
A hybrid work tempo and global collaboration are expected.
