Job Description
We are seeking a Casual Night Supervisor/Gaming Attendant for the Royal Oak Richmond (VIC ) specifically for night shifts.
You will provide excellent customer service and maintain a protected, compliant gaming setting for our patrons during late-night venue operations.
What You'll Be Doing (Night Shifts)
Regulation Compliance: Monitor gaming areas to ensure legal and policy compliance.
Customer Support: Assist patrons with machine operations and venue queries.
Late-Night Safety: Observe behavior to keep the setting secure and orderly.
Responsible Gaming: Active support of venue responsible gambling initiatives.
Cash Handling: Securely process transactions and manage cash procedures.
Venue Care: Keep the gaming floor clean and report machine faults to night management.




What We're Looking For
Availability: Must be available for consistent night and late-evening shifts.
Certifications: Valid RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) and RSA certificates.
RSG Module 1 must.
Experience: Previous gaming or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong customer service, sharp observation, and honest cash handling.
