Love a busy coffee rush? Take pride in every cup? Want your afternoons back? We’re looking for experienced baristas to join our Kwik Koffee Canning Vale Drive Thru team.

We’re drive thru only, so speed, teamwork and consistency are a big part of what we do. So is making someone’s morning, with great coffee, a friendly welcome and service that keeps them coming back.

If you love getting into a rhythm with your team, keeping the coffees flowing and finishing a shift knowing you’ve done a great job, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for people who enjoy being busy and take pride in doing things properly.

You’ll make quality coffee at pace, connect with customers and help keep the whole operation running smoothly. You’ll notice when a teammate needs a hand, when something needs restocking and when it’s time to grab a cloth and get stuck in.

Your day will include

- Making consistently great coffee throughout a busy service
- Taking orders, operating the POS and handling payments accurately
- Giving customers a warm welcome and keeping service moving
- Keeping your workspace clean, organised and stocked
- Helping with opening, closing and general drive thru duties
- Working with your teammates to stay on top of the rush

Hours That Leave Room for Life We operate seven days a week, with early starts and early finishes.

Our opening hours are:

- Monday - Friday: 5.00am–2.30pm
- Saturday–Sunday: 6.30am–2.30pm

We’re looking for positive weekday availability and availability for at least one weekend day each week, which can be fixed or flexible. Please include the days and times you can work in your application, especially whether you’re available for early starts.



Opening and closing duties may fall outside customer opening hours.

What You Bring

- At least two years’ barista experience, ideally in a busy café or drive thru
- The ability to maintain coffee quality while working quickly
- Friendly, confident customer service
- Reliability and punctuality
- Clean, organised work habits
- A positive, respectful attitude and willingness to learn
- Initiative - you see what needs doing and take action
- A team approach, including pitching in with the everyday jobs
