Sonder Bentleigh is growing our team ahead of the busy Christmas and summer season. We're looking for experienced Bar Staff and Mixologists who bring great skills, attention to detail and a genuinely friendly personality to every shift.

We're a busy neighbourhood pub where our locals matter – but the person walking in for the first time should feel just as welcome.

The Person We're Looking For

Friendly & outgoing – you're quick to smile, enjoy a chat and make people feel welcome.

Skilled behind the bar – confident with cocktails, beer, wine and spirits and comfortable working at pace.

Customer focused – you notice who's waiting, remember the little things and don't need to be told when a customer needs attention.

Attention to detail – presentation, consistency, cleanliness and a well-organised bar matter to you.

A genuine team player – reliable,



positive and happy to jump in and support your teammates and Venue Manager when things get busy.

What You'll Need

- Solid experience in a busy pub, bar or restaurant
- Strong cocktail/mixology skills
- Good beer, wine and spirits knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Current Victorian RSA
- Evening and weekend availability
- Availability across the busy Christmas/summer period

Join Sonder Sonder is a busy neighbourhood pub in the heart of Bentleigh with a restaurant, bars, beer garden, functions and events.

We're looking for great hospitality people with personality – people who can make a excellent drink, work at pace and make customers want to come back.

Pay: $26.44 – $45.46 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
