Experienced Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant

2–4 Days per Week | Chippendale, Sydney

Are you an experienced dental all-rounder who is just as comfortable at reception as you are chairside?

Hayat Dental is a growing, modern dental practice in Chippendale, close to Sydney CBD. We’re looking for an experienced, reliable and personable team member to join us 2–4 days per week.

The Role

This is a diverse role across reception and dental assisting, including:

- Managing appointments, enquiries and patient communication
- Payments, HICAPS and general reception duties
- Chairside assisting across a broad range of treatments
- Sterilisation, infection control and room preparation
- Helping keep the day running smoothly for patients and clinicians

You’ll work in a modern clinic equipped with CBCT/3D imaging, intraoral scanning, digital radiography and in-house 3D printing, with exposure to general dentistry, Invisalign,



cosmetic dentistry, implants and complex restorative treatment.

About You

You’ll ideally have

- Previous dental experience
- Confidence across both reception and chairside assisting
- Great communication and patient-service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A reliable, proactive and team-focused attitude

Chippendale – close to Sydney CBD and excellent public transport 2–4 days per week – some flexibility for the right person

Competitive remuneration based on experience
