Our highly valued Practice Manager has recently produced a beautiful baby boy and she won't be coming back.

Which means that we are on the search for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our friendly, busy team. This is not a maternity leave position.

Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing the practice so you will need to be an effective team leader with a proactive, positive attitude and excellent time management and organisational skills.

Full support; training and handover will be provided to the successful applicant.

Key responsibilities: include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring the productive and effective day to day operation of the practice
- Patient accounts and financial records; DVA, HiCaps, CDBS, Petty Cash/Banking
- HR Functions - on-boarding; rostering; coaching and supervision of all staff - which is why it's so important that you have dental experience.
- Front desk management and customer service
- Maintaining a strong, positive team culture





Essential Criteria:

- Proven supervisory experience as a Dental Practice Manager or similar - contactable referees must be provided at the time of interview
- High level of both written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate, fast typing
- Experience using OASIS or similar practice software and intermediate Microsoft suite of programs skills - especially Outlook, Word & Excel
- The ability to multi-task and still maintain a smile

Experience:

- Dental practice management (at least 3 years preferred)
- Ideally, you will have worked as a DA

Work eligibility:

- Must be entitled to work permanently in Australia with no restriction on hours

Salary:

- Commensurate with experience and qualifications - to be negotiated

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
