We're looking for experienced casual Front of House team members and Duty Managers to join the Slipstream Brewing Social House team in Birtinya!

About Us

Slipstream Brewing Co. is an independent brewery based in Yeerongpilly, Brisbane. Established in 2017, we produce some of the most accessible and sessionable craft beer around. Inspired by US beer culture, we make the hops the heroes and brew with pure flavour in mind. We’re also proud holders of titles including Australia’s Champion Small Brewery (2025) and Queensland’s Champion Brewery (2024 & 2025). Slipstream Brewing Social House in Birtinya brings the Slipstream experience to the Sunshine Coast, featuring outdoor dining, tasting paddles, cozy booths, a seasonal menu of share plates and grilled specialties, plus a calendar of fun events in a striking bar and restaurant setting. Alongside our award-winning beers, we serve well-executed cocktails and a carefully curated bourbon list - all delivered with a solid focus on genuine hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2–3 years’ hospitality experience delivering warm, friendly service
- Primarily bar-focused, with the ability to work floor shifts as rostering allows




- Duty Managers confident leading shifts and supporting the team
- Positive, reliable, and professional attitude
- Genuine passion for hospitality
- Confident delivering great customer experiences and building rapport with locals
- Previous cocktail experience looked upon favourably
- Craft beer knowledge a bonus, but training will also be provided
- Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (please outline your availability)
- Current RSA
- RMLV and Approved Manager Licence required for Duty Manager applicants
- Valid working rights in Australia
