Platinum Seal is looking for experienced labourers and hands-on workers to train as Shower Re-Seal Technicians across Melbourne.

If you’ve worked in construction, labouring, maintenance or another hands-on role, we can teach you the rest.

WHAT’S THE JOB?

You’ll be trained to repair and re-seal leaking showers.

Most days are simple

Drive to the job → repair one shower → clean up → head home.

No big construction sites.

No full bathroom renovations.

No weeks stuck on the same job.

No quoting or chasing work.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You must have previous labouring, construction, maintenance or trade experience.

You also need to

⁠ ⁠Be confident using hand and power tools

⁠ ⁠Be reliable and hard-working

⁠ ⁠Take pride in your work





⁠ ⁠Be comfortable working in customers’ homes

⁠ ⁠Have a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

⁠ ⁠Be physically fit and able to work independently

Experience in tiling, painting, plastering, carpentry, waterproofing, caulking, maintenance or similar work is a bonus — but not required.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

We’ll teach you how to:

⁠ ⁠Remove old grout and silicone

⁠ ⁠Prepare showers properly

⁠ ⁠Apply new grout and silicone

⁠ ⁠Complete our full shower sealing system

If you’re good with your hands and willing to learn, we can train you.
