EPSA is an independent, locally owned private practice — founded in Adelaide in 2010 and now a multi-site allied health group across Morphett Vale and Belair. We're looking for a Physiotherapist with 2+ years' experience who genuinely loves patient care — someone who gets real joy from seeing people move better, return to work and get their lives back. This is a patient-first clinical role. You'll spend your days treating, working alongside a solid Exercise Physiology team, and offering colleague support to a current grad physio as part of a small, united team.

Coming from private practice?

Keep the hands-on treatment you love — without the Saturday clinics and late nights. At EPSA you'll get variety across NDIS, RTWSA, DVA, Medicare and private clients, home visits and (optional) hydro, and a genuine team of physios, EPs and dietitians behind you.

What you'll be doing

• Seeing and helping patients — the heart of the role: quality assessment, hands-on treatment and real progress for your clients

- A mixed client load — NDIS, Return to Work SA, DVA, Medicare and private clients, so no two days look the same
- Home visits — treating clients in their own homes and community
- Hydrotherapy (optional) — offsite hydro sessions if it's something you enjoy
- Owning your caseload — looking after your clients from first visit through to handover to our EP team — or continuing with them on their exercise rehab — with notes and follow-ups kept on track
- Working side by side with our EP and dietetics team — shared clients, joint care plans and smooth handovers,



with the patient at the centre
- Colleague support for a new grad physio — being someone they can ask and talk cases through with, as part of a small, united team
- Assessment work (if you have the skills) — pre-employment medicals, functional assessments and Return to Work SA assessments

What you'll bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- 2+ years' clinical experience, confident managing your own caseload
- Comfortable working across funding schemes (NDIS, RTWSA, DVA, Medicare, private) — or keen to learn the ones you haven't used yet
- Genuine joy and fulfilment from helping patients — it shows in how you treat people
- Solid clinical reasoning and clear, timely notes
- A collaborative approach — you value what exercise physiology and dietetics add to rehab
- Happy to share what you know with a newer clinician
- A current SA driver's licence and the right to work in Australia

Highly regarded (not essential)

• Return to Work SA / workers compensation / occupational rehab experience
- Pre-employment medical or functional screening experience
- Drug & alcohol testing/collection, spirometry or audiometry certification — training supported
